Magoebaskloof Canopy Tour

The Magoebaskloof Canopy Tour runs high in the Woodbush indigenous forest, between the villages of Haenertsburg and Tzaneen in Limpopo. Over roughly two to two and a half hours, guided groups descend through the treetops on a course of 13 platforms linked by 11 zip-lines — the longest reaching about 150 metres — along with a suspension bridge.

The route follows the Groot Letaba River gorge, passing three waterfalls that drop up to 20 metres to the river below. It is an accessible, family-friendly way to experience an Afromontane forest that most visitors never see from ground level.
