Privacy notice
Wild & Blu Travel has no accounts, no advertising and no cross-site tracking. This notice sets out the little data the app handles, and what happens when you send a trip enquiry.
What we collect
Nothing about you, unless you choose to send a trip enquiry. There is no sign-up, no profile and no advertising tracker anywhere in this app.
Trip enquiries
If you complete the enquiry form, the details you type — your name, email address, country, party size, whether children are travelling, your rough dates and your interests — are placed into an email that your own mail app sends to Wild & Blu. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to plan or quote your trip, and we do not sell them or pass them to anyone unconnected with your booking. Ask us to delete them at any time.
Data kept on your device
A single cookie remembers the language you chose. The latest exchange rates are saved in your browser so the converter still works offline. If you install the app, pages, photographs and map tiles are cached on your device. All of this stays on your device and disappears when you clear your browser data.
Analytics and tracking
This app carries no analytics package, no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers. We do not build a profile of you.
Location
The app never asks for your GPS location. Our host tells the page which country a request came from so the app can suggest a language and a home currency. It is used while the page is being served and is not stored or logged by us.
Services the app connects to
Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap, photographs are served by Wikimedia Commons and Unsplash, and exchange rates come from the European Central Bank by way of Frankfurter. Loading a page that uses them means your browser contacts those services directly, exactly as it would on any website.
Your rights
If you have sent an enquiry you may ask to see, correct or delete what you sent, and you may withdraw your consent. Email us and we will act on it.
